Château de Chantegrive began in 1966 when Henri and Françoise Lévêque decided to create what would later become the Château de Chantegrive. Françoise and Henri formed what one might call "a shock duo". A couple of enthusiasts, visionaries and wine lovers. They believed in this magnificent terroir of Graves, which is what will decide them to sell their precious collection of stamps to acquire their first two hectares. In 1985, Château de Chantegrive became a member of the prestigious Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux. It brings together classified and unclassified vintages, considered to be the most qualitative of the Gironde. The objective is to bring together energies and produce great wines - Know-how and make known.

Le Château Couhins est situé au coeur de l’appellation Pessac Léognan sur la commune de Villenave d’Ornon, à 20 minutes du centre ville de Bordeaux. Longtemps propriété d’une famille de négociants, il fut classé en 1959 “Cru Classé de Graves”. Le domaine appartient aujourd’hui à l'INRAE qui l’a sauvé de la disparition en 1968. Le Château bénéficie des recherches les plus avancées en termes de viticulture durable, et à ce titre, est devenu une référence dans le domaine de la protection de l’environnement. Il est aujourd’hui la vitrine technologique des recherches agronomiques menées par l'INRAE et est également un lieu de production d’un Grand Cru Classé certifié en BIO depuis 2022, à faible impact environnemental. En 2015, la propriété viticole a obtenu le Best Of Wine Tourism d’Or pour la valorisation oenotouristique des pratiques environnementales. Depuis, Château Couhins accueille le grand public pour des visites de la propriété et des dégustations dans un environnement calme et paisible, aux portes de la ville.

Château Jouvente is a family estate in the heart of Graves. It is emblematic of its appellation: the wines display elegance and character and have won the appellation trophy on several occasions and are present on gourmet and starred tables. Château Jouvente has the wine and technical resources to become a benchmark wine in the Graves. We wish to continue the qualitative development of our wines (work by plot, work by hand, sustainable agriculture at this stage), develop their reputation as well as the quality of service provided to customers. Everything comes from the soil. At Château Smith Haut Lafitte, we do our utmost to respect nature and biodiversity, both in the vineyard and cellar. Château Smith Haut Lafitte plants vines propagated from our own vineyards thanks to our vine nursery on Ile de Lalande. This island protected ecosystem enables us to maintain the vine’s genetic diversity, as well as the complexity of our wines.

Château Sigalas Rabaud is the smallest of the Premier Grands Crus Classés: an authentic 14 hectares, a jewel nestled in the middle of Grands Crus Classés that form the crown of the Château d'Yquem. Sigalas Rabaud is an authentic wine estate, run by a family of winemakers who are deeply in love with its “terroir jewel”, and whose ambition is to carry the perfection of its wines ever further. The family of Lambert des Granges is linked to the destiny of Sigalas since 1863: 6 generations have succeeded each other at the head of the domain until today. The production of Sauternes is a succession of small miracles, resulting from the delicate balance between the unique climatic conditions Sauternais and the meticulous work of the winemakers and grape pickers.

Le Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey, Premier Grand Cru Classé en 1855, se niche sur les hauteurs du village de Bommes. Avoisinant le Château Yquem, son vignoble de 18 hectares est situé sur la troisième terrasse de l'appellation Sauternes, à plus de 50 mètres d'altitude. La mosaïque de terroirs – placée au cœur de l'appellation Sauternes – confère un caractère riche et élégant aux vins du Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey, propriété dont les premières vignes connues remontent à 1618.

In Pessac, 15 minutes from the centre of Bordeaux, Château Pape Clément is a fine example of an urban vineyard, like its illustrious neighbour Château Haut-Brion. It owes its name to Pope Clement V who owned it in the 14th century, when it was still called Bertrand de Goth.  Today it is one of the 40 properties that Bernard Magrez, an influential wine man in Bordeaux, owns around the world! Surrounded by a park with thousand-year-old trees and a glass roof built by Gustave Eiffel, the property extends over 60 hectares in the young Pessac-Léognan appellation created in 1987. It is one of the 16 Grands Crus Classés of Graves, producing white and red wines. Above all, it is a beautiful place to visit 7 days a week by reservation. A range of technical and historical visits is offered, to satisfy the amateur to the experienced collector, with exceptional tastings (verticals, wine-caviar pairings...).  These visits end at the château's shop, which has borrowed shelving and furniture from an old pharmacy. The different wines of the owner can be found there in different vintages.  Le Pape Clément goes so far as to offer to spend the night at the château in one of the 5 cleverly decorated rooms, symbols of the French art of living, and in the peace and quiet of the magnificent park and vineyard! 

Haut Nouchet rises to 49 metres above sea level.   This enviable position makes it one of the highest properties in its appellation.   This dominant position allows surface water to run off naturally, eliminating any risk of the soil becoming waterlogged and ensuring that the vines receive a regular supply of water.   "This soil is a great terroir for producing red wine.   On the slopes of the estate and in the areas where the clay-limestone formation outcrops, the production of white grapes finds its optimum conditions: in fact, the coolness of these soils allows the Sauvignon and Semillon grapes to express the immense richness of their aromatic palette to the full.   In this way, the geo-pedological richness of the Haut Nouchet soils is highlighted by the planting of grape varieties that are perfectly suited to producing great red and white wines.

CHATEAU LEOGNAN nestle in the heart of a pastoral estate, teeming with wildlife and protected from Atlantic by pinewood forests. This estate is a small gem :  prior to the acquisition of the estate by Philippe and Chantal Miecaze in 2007, the 6 hectares (15acres) of vines had been carefully tended for its grand vin  by the neighbouring estate, classified Grand Cru of Graves, Domaine de Chevalier. THE VINEYARD was first planted whena promosing gravel-sand outcrop was discovered close to the lake, in the late 19th century. This gravel is the basis of all the finest wines of Pessac Léognan, an appellation wich was recognised in 1987 and contains all of the Grands Crus Classés of the greater Graves region. Today's vineyard plaintings date from 1989, with 70% Cabernet Sauvigno and 30% Merlot, and very high vine densities of 10,000 vines per hectare (the appellation allows much lower). Soil analysis has revealed six soil typs, with different gravel density and qualities, and so these six parcels are cultivated separately. The grapes are also vinified separately in order to fully express the qualities of each particular parcel. THE IMAGE for the label, and now the motif of Château Léognan, was originally taken from design of the floor tiles in the restored Chapel, nest to the Château. The image shows two birds drinking at the chalice, symbolising the resurrection of Christ, and of rebirth. It embodies the idea of renaissance, alluding also to the legend of the phoenix rising from the ashes.

Come and discover the Mas de l'Oncle, a family farm of 15 hectares taken up by Fabrice BONMARCHAND in 2011 and located 20 kilometers north of Montpellier in the heart of the Pic Saint Loup appellation. Our vineyard is led in organic farming, the harvest is entirely carried out by hand which allows the selection of the most beautiful bunches. Finally, the grapes are transported in boxes to the vats, limiting crushing

The family estate Albert Beerens has been exploring the richness of this terroir since 1862, from generation to generation, in the heart of the Côte des Bar, on more than 7 hectares of vines.

We cultivate 8 hectares of vines in AOC Champagne, including 1/3 of Chardonnay, 1/3 of Pinot Noir and 1/3 of Pinot Meunier. Now certified HVE, High Environmental Value, we make it a point of honor to operate a vineyard that respects the environment.   Harvesting Manipulating since 1921, we produce our own Champagne, from our own vines, and carry out all the stages of viticulture and vinification ourselves. We are equipped with two presses, a thermoregulated stainless steel vat room of more than 1000 hL, as well as an automatic disgorging chain. Our bottles in stock age quietly in our underground cellars, and therefore do not suffer from thermal shock or any alteration due to light. They generally stay there for 4 to 10 years depending on the cuvée. The history of our House Installed in the Côte des Bar since the end of 1800, Armand Viot, the founder of the House, cultivated his vines with love and proudly released his first bottles of Blancs Fins in 1921. The first bottles of Champagne Viot as for them, n only appeared in 1927, when our beautiful region of Aube obtained the “Champagne” appellation. “The generations then succeeded one another with my grandfather Denis, my father José, and finally my father-in-law Maurice, and all of them participated in the constant evolution of our small family business. This passion of Harvesting Manipulating which animated my ancestors, I cultivate it and maintain it every day. From now on, I consolidate these values ​​at all levels.”   Carrying the values ​​of the Independent Winegrower This desire to sell our own cuvées is part of a desire to diversify and to satisfy an ever-increasing demand for Champagnes from independent producers. The various prizes obtained through competitions in recent years are a source of motivation to continue on this path.

The estate, which is about 20 kilometers north of Montpellier in the town of Fontanès, is one of the Pic Saint-Loup appellation's crown jewels. The vineyard work is solely based on biodynamic principles in order to conserve the quality soil and promote quality production that is life-friendly.

When we took over Domaine Costes-Cirgues in 2003, intuition dictated the obvious: the estate could only be run with the most intimate respect for local biodiversity. The vines are grown organically and our treatments are based on the principles of biodynamics. Costes-Cirgues vinification is an exercise in patience and thoroughness and delivers a range of vintages with a lot of character, nobility and complexity. Whether the work is done in concrete, stainless steel or barrels, balance is always the leitmotif. From fermentation to bottle, our juices are pampered and protected without additional sulphites . Bottling takes place at the Château and the special vintages are warmly counted and numbered.

For six generations, the Peytavy family has taken turns on the slopes of Clos de l'Amandaie in the beautiful town of Aumelas 25 km north-west of Montpellier. Each generation brings its touch of modernization and signs the influence of its time while drawing on the advice of the elders.

Bastien Mousset founded the wine estate l'Orée du Sabia in Brem-sur-Mer, which is part of the Vendée Fiefs appellation area. Thanks to a long career that took him to important vineyards in Saumur, Chinon, the Saint-Emilionnais, and Chile, the latter was able to establish himself as a winemaker. Vendée's quartz, schist, and granite soils, which are situated between salt marshes and the Atlantic Ocean, give it a great terroir for growing grapes. Pinot Noir, Négrette, Gamay, Pineau d'Aunis, Chenin, and Chardonnay are among the grape varietals grown on these areas using biodynamic and certified organic farming practices.

The intriguing history of Château d'Aqueria begins in 1595, when Louis Joseph d'Aqueria purchased the “Puy Sablonneux” region of Tavel from the monks of Villeneuve at Avignon Abbey. A terroir that lends itself to the development of vines. His son, Robert D'Aquila, hereditary Count Palatine, will build a house, which will become the Castle as we know it in the 18th century. Tavel, Lirac Blanc and Rouge, and Côtes du Rhône are the appellations from which the estate produces four wines. Château d'Aqueria has been following a sustainable development strategy for a long time, protecting natural flora and minimizing inputs, earning it a level 3 High Environmental Value designation.

Between the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains, Domaine La Grange is located in the commune of Gabian (Pézenas) at the foot of the Parc Régional du Haut Languedoc in an area of pure, unspoilt nature. Set in a mosaic of terroirs (Shist, Basalt, Chalk, Porphyry, Sandstone, etc.), the estate is surrounded by numerous springs that were used by Caesar's troops during the conquest of Gaul. Legend has it that the estate's wells are guarded by the Castalides, water nymphs.   The semi-underground cellar is built of Beaulieu stone and the wines are vinified by gravity. Currently certified Terra Vitis and HVE, the estate is undergoing organic conversion. The estate now extends over 60 hectares, and mixed farming is the norm. In addition to the vines, the estate grows several hectares of olive trees to produce the superb Oliviere single-variety olive oil. The estate also has a sheepfold, where sheep and lambs help to ensure that the vines are cultivated in the most environmentally-friendly way possible. Rolf and his wife Renate acquired the estate in 2007, and since then have continued to produce wines that reflect their terroir and generosity. All this work has been recognised by leading critics (Parker, Jancis Robinson, etc.) and by major awards in France and abroad (Decanter, Guide Hachette, etc.).

La Monardière was born in 1987 at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, on the left bank of the Rhône Valley, from the gathering of Martine and Christian Vache's family vines.  Damien, their son, has been in charge of organic farming and marketing of the estate's 22 hectares of grapes since 2007. The AOC Vacqueyras is available in white, rosé, and red. Because of the diversity of our terroirs and the age of our wines, we can give you a wide selection of wines, from modest local wines to exceptional wines.

Founded in 1859, Ogier is located in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, at the heart of Southern France’s most prestigious appellations. In order to understand the subtle variations of the terroirs of the AOC, Ogier studied the four different soil types of the appellation (river pebbles, soft rock or “safres”, red sandstone, limestone fragments) and duly adapted its vinification and maturing methods to these. Located at the centre of the village, the centuries-old winery is home to over 8,000 hl of vats, barrels, demi-muids, casks and truncated vats. The winery produces wines that offer a subtle blend of fine tannins, pure fruit and long ageing capacity. In 2000, Ogier became owner of the Clos de l’Oratoire des Papes, a famous Châteauneuf-du-Pape wine, created in 1880.

The Mayard family has been cultivating 43 hectares of vines in Châteauneuf du Pape for six generations. The vineyard is organically cultivated on each side of the appellation on the four types of soils that make it up.

The Maison Brotte was founded in 1931 by Charles Brotte, Laurent Brotte's grandfather and current director. Since then, five generations of this Châteauneuf-du-Pape pioneering winemaker family have succeeded one another. The winery's distinctive Brotte and the Pope's flask, which was created in 1952, offer a wide range of superb Rhone Valley wines. Maison Brotte has its own Wine Museum, which was founded in 1972 by Jeanne Brotte, the Grandmother. Its new edition includes a unique, instructive, and audio-guided tour that is available in six languages. From A to Z, you'll learn about the Rhone Valley's unique characteristics and the evolution of wines. At the conclusion of your visit, you will be offered a wine tasting.

Chateau Fortia, is one of the oldest of Chateauneuf du Pape. Its winemaking history dates back to the 18th century when ancient cellars were constructed. The domain has belonged to the same family for four generations. In the early twentieth century, the estate came under the direction of Baron Pierre Le Roy de Boiseaumarié. Baron Le Roy guided the creation of the Appellation d'origine contrôlée (AOC) system which is the basis of French wine laws. Château Fortia sits on a 32 hectares estate. The Vineyard constitutes a single block that includes 30 ha of red grape varieties : Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre and 2 ha of white varieties : Clairette, Roussanne and Grenache Blanc. The terroir enjoys a windy and sunny climate, very favorable to the cultivation of vines and all the Vineyard practices are in line with the terms of the Terra Vitis and High Environmental Value charter for sustainable agriculture. Château Fortia produces a white and four red blends. The white wines are generally characterized by a pale yellow color, they are dry and fruity with moderate mineral notes. The Red wines are of a beautiful deep purple garnet color. Rich and balanced, they can age several years. Each year Château Fortia wines are recognized with awards in different national and international wine competitions.

The Château de L'Engarran, located at the gates of Montpellier in the village of Lavérune and surrounded by 3 hectares of French-style parkland, is part of the Languedoc region's rich historical and cultural legacy. Engarran, which was purchased by the Bertrand / Grill family in 1923, is above all a family passion, with women playing a prominent role for four generations. Following the sisters, Diane Losfelt, the estate's owner and winegrower since 1984, is now in charge, aided by her niece Emilie Grill. They are devoted to a sustainable future because they aim to get the most out of what the planet and the environment have to offer.

Louis-Eugène Pannier founded Champagne Pannier in Dizy, just outside of Epernay, in 1899. With time and exceptional craftsmanship, the brand gained its reputation and moved to Château-Thierry in the Marne Valley, where it began a new chapter of its history full of potential.
