MontGras opens its doors for a special event designed for those who appreciate the details: learn the technique of a perfect dough, taste signature wines, and take a piece of the experience home with you. This unique event is a gathering between artisanal gastronomy and high-end wines.
Only available Friday, June 20th
- Recepción espumante: The activity starts with a welcome in the cava, soft music, and dim lighting among the bottles.
- Dough Workshop: Individual stations with pre-measured ingredients, step-by-step guidance, and professional tips. Knead and store it in a sealed container to take home.
- Stretching technique: Using a pre-fermented dough, perfect your stretching technique and discover the secrets to a crispy, light crust
- Tasting and pairing: We'll ascend to the cafeteria for a curated pairing: four MontGras @Handcrafted labels (from vibrant white to structured vino tinto) harmonized with artisanal stone-baked pizzas. Includes @LowAlcohol cocktails for lighter palates.
