Casa Mirador opens its doors for you to enjoy a unique experience at the top of the hill, with an exceptional view of the vineyards.
Delight in a nine-course tasting menu created by our chefs together with winemaker Alberto Guolo, taking you on a true sensory journey where each dish is specially elaborated to pair with our finest wines.
Every preparation is unique and perfectly matched with our most distinguished labels. Your visit includes a private tour through our estate, where you’ll learn about viticulture and the winemaking processes behind our wines, accompanied by a glass of Botanic Series Sauvignon Blanc, La Cantera.
Casa Mirador is a 5-minute drive from our winery.
(You can get there with your own transportation or request the Mazda service).

 

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, book in advance.
During the week, private gropus of at least 15 people.

 

Suggested schedule:
 -12:00 Welcome and reception.
Tour through the vineyards and cellar, as well as a visit to the organic orchard.
-12:45 Climb to Casa Mirador - 9-course tasting menu.
