What to expect

We will welcome you to the company and you will meet the Balbinot family, who will accompany you on this adventure to discover their wines.

This is followed by a tasting of 3 wines of your choice, without limitations. You will be able to taste the different sugary types of Prosecco Superiore DOCG, the differences of terroir or other native vines of the area. All accompanied by local bakery products.

The experience will continue with a walk in the cellar, letting yourself be amazed by the natural temperatures that we find inside the hill and by the different production methods of Prosecco Superiore DOCG and other local wines. After visiting the bottling plant, there will be a tasting of 3 wines of your choice, without limitations. You will be able to taste the different sugary types of Prosecco Superiore DOCG, the various differences of terroir or other native vines of the area. All accompanied by bakery products and local cured meats or cheeses.
