Wine and cheese are undoubtedly two very pleasant foods on their own, but when paired together they are an unforgettable experience. For this we use French cheeses from Affiné, a company located in Curicó, the perfect ally when pairing them with Miguel Torres wines (Santa Digna Chardonnay, La Causa País and Santa Digna Merlot), very gastronomic wines made to enjoy eating and drinking. The different techniques of cheese and wine making, today in our tastings, allow for very attractive moments through tasty and pleasurable pairings, in an entertaining and educational guided tasting.
