Visiting and tasting in the wineyard

From the vineyard to the tasting, I propose you to immerse yourself in my life as a winemaker by following the different stages of production until the tasting:
- Discover the vineyard: let me guide you to my vines to show you how I grow and respect it to produce the grapes. I will explain my environmental approach.
- Discovery of my Chai (place where the wine is vinified and aged): enter where the wine is made and we will explain the stages of the vinification and ageing
- Introduction to oenology: Awaken your senses with an introduction to tasting where you discover my small range of wine but endowed with a great wealth. You will taste my 4 cuvées describing your sensations and matching each wine with chocolate. This initiation will take place in our tasting room where local artists are exhibited.
