Viñedos de Alcohuaz
Viñedos de Alcohuaz is one of the few mountain wine projects in Chile. Located in the heart of the Andes Mountains, in the Elqui Valley, 600 kilometers north of Santiago, it is a must-visit destination for wine and nature lovers. In 2023, we were ranked #25 in the World’s Best Vineyards, recognizing our wine tourism experience as one of the best in the world.
What’s included?
An approximately 2.5-hour experience, where you will visit our vineyards, the winery, and our spectacular underground cellar, built within the granite rock and home to our exclusive wine library.
In the cellar, you will learn about the aging process of our wines, which is carried out in concrete containers and large wooden vats.
We will also visit our energy pyramid, a special space where you can connect with the unique energy of the Elqui Valley and recharge in a peaceful and natural environment.
At the end of the tour, you will enjoy a tasting of four high-altitude wines (Grus + 1 Parcela + Capi + RHU) with a breathtaking view of the Elqui Valley.
