Tasting Notes:

Intense and brilliant ruby color.

Nose still under the reserve which lets glimpse beautiful promises.

Straight and fruity attack. A finish that offers a good length.

The Saumur Champigny "Terres Chaudes" vines are located on a chalky subsoil called Tuffeau, hence the name of the cuvée "Terres Chaudes". The Tuffeau restores the night, the heat which it perceived throughout the day. The grapes are picked by hand before being passed to the sorting table. The 2018 vintage offers a luminous wine with great intensity.

Domaine des Roches Neuves is organic in saumur-champigny, Thierry Germain has made a huge change in his estate and in these 22 hectares of vines that he has been working biodynamically since 2002.
