This amateur cuvée, from a unique 7 hectare vineyard, presents an elegant complex bouquet with floral scents, fresh herbs, infused and honeyed notes. The complex mouth presents a beautiful material, reveals vegetal notes, an unparalleled minerality and which extends for a long time on fine bitterness. The wine will open up and evolve over the hours of aeration… A connoisseur's wine for the most demanding connoisseurs.

Palate: Very expressive, oxidative, endowed with a beautiful substance, almost tannic texture, very long, graceful and full of elegance, gastronomic wine. N.B: Little sulfur during vinification sometimes leads to premature evolution and notes of oxidation.

The Domaine de la Coulée de Serrant, in the Savennière appellation, probably produces one of the greatest white wines in the world. Nicolas Joly, a "biodynamist" from the start, cultivates with passion and reason a vineyard with mythical slopes, excluding the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides and other weedkillers. Coulée de Serrant is a high quality estate, a true figurehead of Loire Valley wines.
