Château de Parenchère
Bordeaux Supérieur
The Château de Parenchère was founded in 1570 and is located 38 kms from St Emilion, in the far east of the Bordeaux region, on the edge of the Dordogne department (Sainte-Foy-La- region) Big).
The Château is typical of Périgord architecture and dominates the valley, in the center of a very large property made up of woods and vines.
The estate is made up of 180 uninterrupted hectares, including 70 hectares of vines planted on the best plots of the estate and always on hillsides.
On these clay-limestone soils, Parenchère sustainably produces a full range of red, rosé and white wines that are always well balanced, fruity and always of good density.
Our goal is to reveal the beautiful Terroir of Parenchère; aiming to prove that great wines can come from lesser-known appellations.
Thanks to the international press (90 Wine Enthusiast points and voted “Best Buy”, 92 James Suckling, Wine Spectator, Parker, Decanter points…), Parenchère today enjoys a great reputation for good value for money in more than 30 countries.
