Domaine La Renouée Cabernet-Sauvignon 2019

Located on the hillside of Cadillac, at the highest point of Bellevue, the 2.8 hectares of Domaine de La Renouée draw their freshness from this high altitude terroir. He converted the vines to organic and then biodynamic methods and replanted the grape varieties that had disappeared from the Bordeaux region, such as Castets, Prunelard, Courbu noir, Merille and Carmenère. He still continues to build an estate as it would have been 200 years ago. 

The fruit is worked by hand, vinified in barrels without thermoregulation, without technology and with very few inputs in order to assemble exceptional micro-cuvées. La Renouée is a journey into the past! 

Cabernet-Sauvignon is a red wine with a garnet red color and aromas of ripe red fruits. It has a remarkable freshness with the robustness of Cabernet Sauvignon.
