Tasting notes

The dominant Merlot gives Château Tour Baladoz a dark color with a bouquet marked by red fruits with woody and spicy nuances. Full-bodied and round wine in the mouth with a beautiful structure evolving towards a persistent freshness.

The methods of cultivation are traditional, reasoned and ensure the greatest respect for the soil, the vine and the auxiliary fauna (vineyard certified iso14001 and HVE: high environmental value). Disbudding, de-budding, green harvesting and leaf removal.
