Chateau Carbonnieux Blanc 1997

Initially a blast of mustiness making me expect TCA, but it didn't quite have the same quality, and in fact started blowing off. Evolved with floral bouquets, overripe apple, dried honey, marzipan, occasionally things like orange peel, bergamot, toasted almonds. Continuously changing, complex, and interesting on an intellectual level, yet thIs is not at all delicious nor something I would want to drink more than on a rare occasion, and then only when I have something else to drink after sipping on this one.
