Wirra Wirra was originally established in 1894 by an eccentric socialite Robert Strangways Wigley and has grown to become synonymous with Australian wine for a very long time and none more so than the Church Block. Rated a 5-star winery by James Halliday, Wirra Wirra regularly over-delivers across their vast range of varietal and styles.

A keen sense of sustainability is a crucial focus of their approach in the vineyard and winery, including biodynamic certification of the vineyards surrounding the winery since February 2014.

They host a variety of behind the scenes tours which allow you to immerse yourself into the old cellars and historic ironstone winery accompanied by a specialist team member.
