Champagne Julien Herbert Blanc de Blanc 1er cru NV

The 12-acre vineyard is located on the mountain of Reims in the 1er cru Appellation, the most famous Terroir of the Champagne region. The grapes come exclusively from vineyards located in the 44 prestigious villages of the 1er Cru Appellation. After fermentation, the wines rest several months in the cellar to bring complexity and refinement to the blending process in order to produce the best Champagne possible. It is refreshing and dry with very little sugar added (dosage). This Champagne is perfect for an aperitif or during the course of a gourmet lunch or dinner.
Our Cuvée 'Blanc de Blancs' is produced with a single grape variety, the 'Chardonnay', and is aged 120 months on its lees in our cellar after bottling. The intense yellow color of the Chardonnay is complemented by a very fine bubble. The nose offers intense aromas of citrus fruits and rich notes of brioche. On the palate, aromas of yellow fruits and warm toasts appeal to our senses. A pure delight !
