The WEINGARTEN DE RORSCHWIHR is a marl-clay-limestone terroir. The Pinot Noir that comes from it offers a very varied range of aromas and expressions, linked to the very nature of the soil where it grows. Pinot Noir produces dense and fleshy wines, very elegant and delicate.

The colour of the Pinot Noir is a bright ruby red, intense in its youth and which can also be red with purple tints. It is a rather round wine, with strong but delicate tannins, which will soften with time.
