Platz François & Fils Riesling Rotenberg de Bergheim 2015

The ROTENBERG vineyard is one of the great vineyards of the village. Its very chalky soil gives the wines produced from it a particular elegance.
This Riesling seduces by its softness and its bouquet. It can be drunk as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to wild smoked salmon, pan-fried foie gras, but also with grilled apricots with bacon, as a sweet and sour wine.

A wine with real sweetness in the mouth on notes of quince and dried fig.
