The Crémant Blanc is vinified according to the traditional method, which takes place in two stages. The first, alcoholic, fermentation takes place in the vat and is followed by a second fermentation, this time in the bottle. The Crémant is then aged on laths for at least a year before being sold.
This great sparkling wine seduces by the finesse of its pearls. A wine for celebrations par excellence, it is most often drunk as an aperitif. Our crémant is made from 100% Pinot Auxerrois grapes and should be served very cool (7 to 9°C).
The bubble is fine and it is full-bodied in the mouth.
