A great dry wine, virile, fruity and with a delicate bouquet, it accompanies the most refined gastronomic dishes, such as seawater fish, shellfish, bouillabaisse, freshwater fish and of course sauerkraut. It is pale yellow in colour with a fruity nose and delicate bouquet.
