Organic conversion, 3rd year, manual harvesting started at night to bring in fresh grapes. The two plots were harvested separately. Total destemming, Soft and progressive pressing of Grenaches and Ugnis; Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats. Little SO2 less than 60mg of Total.
A really very light pink Rosé. A delicate nose of honeysuckle and pomelo, a fresh and elegant rosé with a lovely lingering flavor on the finish. Delighfull !
