Ocone Pietrasalata - Primitivo Puglia IGT 2018

Obtained from 100% Primitivo grapes vinified in steel; shows a ruby red color with violet reflections, the nose prevails hints of small red fruits accompanied by plum and black cherry. In the mouth the sip is soft and enveloping as per the characteristic of the grape.

Alcohol: 14.00%

Pairing: Versatile accompaniment to the table, to be tried both with elaborate first courses and with second courses of white or red meat.
