Nose: Mediterranean, intense and subtle, between wild earth, spices, stone fruits, black fruits, bay leaf, wild strawberry, garrigue herbs, cinnamon and liquorice.

Palate: Fresh attack, pleasantly warm, generous, tasty substance, freshness and acidity on the mid-palate. Intense tannins still young but well assimilated.

70% Syrah. Brings spirit, elegance and length in the mouth

20% Grenache noir. For flexibility and finesse

10% Macabeo over ripe for floral fragrances

All our wines have been certified from Organic Farming by Ecocert since 2004 and meet the charter of the Association des Vins Naturels (manual harvest, fermentation from indigenous yeasts, no added sulphites or any other input).
