Take part in a hands-on winemaking ‘dosage’ workshop. This tutored class will take you on a journey as you learn about the 'méthode traditionnelle' sparkling wine process, the history of Clover Hill and a lesson on how to taste and appreciate premium sparkling wines. Here you will create your own Clover Hill Cuvée Rosé NV, with a bottle each to take home or enjoy in the cellar door.

Following your workshop, relax in the cellar door with a glass of Clover Hill premium sparkling each, and a Clover's Kitchen cheese platter to share.
