Duration : 1.5 hrs

Discover in depth the work of a winemaker concerned with producing wines that respect nature and people.

This full visit in the company of the winemaker will take you through the different stages of the production of his organic and natural wines, from the vines to the aging cellar:

- Visit of a plot of the estate planted in 1892 (80% Carignan, 20% Grenache noir) with explanations of the work in the vineyard

- Presentation of the winemaking cellar and explanations of the different stages of winemaking, and the value of using 330 liter wine jars

- Visit of the atypical aging cellar with aging jars favoring the oxygenation of the wines

- Commented tasting of 7 wines from the estate to close this immersive experience.
